Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”)
carefully before using the Chatbot and Automation tool (the “Service”) Socioleads Pro (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

A user’s access to the use of our service conditions on their compliance with and acceptance
of these Terms. The Terms are applicable to all the visitors, users, and everyone else who accesses or uses the Service.
By using or accessing the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms. And you may not access the Service
if you disagree with any part of the Terms.

Accounts

You must provide us with current, complete, and accurate information when you create an account with us.
A failure to do so would constitute a breach of Terms and would lead to immediate termination of your account from our Service.

You will be responsible for safeguarding and protecting the password that you use to access the Service and to perform any activities/ actions under your password- within our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose the password to a third party. And you agree to notify us immediately upon being aware of a breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You must use the accounts created with Socioleads Pro regularly. If your account stays inactive for more than 60 days (no messages sent, posts shared, liked, commented, no replies sent, and you did not log in to your account), Socioleads Pro keeps the right to disable the account and remove the inactive bot and delete the history.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without any prior notice, for any reason, including a breach or limitation to the Terms by you. All the provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, warranty disclaimer, indemnity, ownership provisions, and limitation of liability.

Your right to use the service will immediately cease upon termination.You may discontinue using the Service if you
wish to terminate your account.

Changes

We hold and reserve the rights to modify or replace the Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision gets materialized, we will try to provide at least 30 days prior notice before any term takes effect. What constitutes the material change will get determined at our sole discretion.

By accepting and continuing to use the Service after the concerned revisions become effective, you agree to adhere
to the revised Terms. Anyone who does not agree to the terms is requested to stop using the Service.
